Privacy Notice
Version 1 · Effective · Applies to Talon at app.raivyn.ai and to www.raivyn.ai.
Talon uses your account details and uploaded case documents to prepare the California POST background packet or report you request and to operate and support the service. AI-assisted processing organizes the submitted material for investigator review. Files may be processed by providers that help host, secure, or operate Talon. We do not sell case files or use them for advertising. We keep information under our retention schedule and delete it when the applicable period ends, subject to legal requirements and backup limits.
For privacy requests or questions, contact [email protected] from the email address on your account.
The marketing site
www.raivyn.ai runs no analytics or advertising scripts and sets no cookies. The contact form is delivered to [email protected] by a form service; we receive what you type. Please leave case records, candidate names, passwords and access codes out of it.
Your account
We hold your name, organization, work email, a one-way hash of your password (never the password itself) and the secret for your authenticator app. Sign-in attempts are recorded, with their time, outcome and network address, to detect misuse. Access codes are stored only as one-way hashes; RAIVYN cannot read a code back.
Case documents
The documents you upload, the text read from them, the reports Talon produces, every flag decision and note you record, every corrected revision, and a log of every packet page viewed and every download are held on the case. Candidate information in those documents is processed only to assemble and check the packet for the investigator who uploaded it. Talon does not retain names or facts about a candidate to learn from, and it does not retrieve records from anywhere; it works only from what you upload.
Changes
Each version of this notice is dated. Earlier versions remain available on request.
