Use Talon only for lawful, authorized investigations. Before uploading, you confirm that you are permitted to provide the records and have given any required notices and obtained any required permissions.

Review the packet and verify its source records before relying on it. Talon may contain errors or omissions and does not make hiring or suitability decisions. You are responsible for your agency’s decisions and compliance with applicable background-screening, privacy, and employment laws.

Do not use Talon for discrimination or unlawful surveillance.

Launch access

Eligible customers can use their access code for one complimentary Solo report. After the report is delivered, decide whether to purchase additional reports or a paid plan. No other tier includes a trial. A code works once per account, not once per person. Starting a case uses one investigation; issuing a corrected report or re-running a section on an existing case does not. No payment method is required for the complimentary report.

Paid offers

When you choose to buy, the price, what it includes, renewal interval, cancellation terms and taxes are shown before you confirm, and nothing is charged without that confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe. A refund or dispute never deletes a case or report.
